Pack your lawn chairs, don your best patriotic garb and gear up for an old-fashioned celebration of our great nation in Round Top. It’s the longest-running parade west of the Mississippi –and it’s an awful lot of fun. Stay in Round Top and make it a long weekend with shopping, dining, attractions and more.

PARADE DETAILS

The 170th Annual Round Top Fourth of July parade will feature floats, antique cars, trail riders and more. The 1.8-mile parade route starts at the Round Top Rifle Hall off of FM 1457, and winds its way through Round Top, eventually returning to the Rifle Hall. 
 

COVID-19 Update
The Round Top Rifle Hall has made changes to this year's parade in the interest of public health and safety. These changes include a longer parade route to allow for more distance between spectators, changes to the types of floats allowed in the parade and omissions from the after-parade lunch as well as additional screening measures to protect both volunteers and public.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Activities begin at Round Top Town Square at 10 a.m.
Cannon goes off at 10:30 a.m. to signal the start of the parade.

Following the parade, the Round Top Rifle Association will be having food, drinks, live music and more.
